I had contracted with another company to perform major renovations of my townhouse in Sarasota . The guy disappeared and did a substandard job all around on those items he did complete. Based on a reference from a property management company who had worked with him on other projects of theirs, I contracted with Peter to complete the renovations to plumbing, flooring, painting, carpentry, and cabinetry. He did an excellent job on those areas of his expertise, and served as a project manager for areas which were beyond his skills. Knowing the difference meant the work was completed correctly the first time. He was fair with his prices, neat with his work, and ensured all the contractors did the job right.
